Meet Rowan 1.78, our modern interpretation of a classic gypsy ring—sometimes called a flush or burnish setting.  The style dates back to Roman times —features a smooth, architectural silhouette where the gemstone is nestled directly into the band. Instead of prongs or a bezel, the surrounding metal is shaped and tightened around the stone to keep it secure. The look is streamlined, minimal, and effortlessly timeless with a domed faced and flat sides.  Made in Toronto with repurposed antique diamonds.  

DIAMONDS 
1.78 carats total weight of repurposed antique old European and old mine cuts diamond.  Center diamonds is an antique old mine cut 0.84 carats, H, VS1 with a good cut (5.3 x 6.29 mm).  Accent diamonds are each repurposed antique old European cut diamonds weighing 0.47 carats each, F and G colour, VS1 clarity with good cuts (4.72 mm x 5.02 mm)

METAL
18K yellow gold with a bright polish finish.  Can be brushed if preferred.  

DIMENSIONS
Face measures 8.61 mm and tapers to 4.35 mm at the back.  Face sits 4.61 mm in height off the finger.
